Hi, may know how to reset the root password?

Corey

Hi Steven, Did you ever figure this out and how did you do it? We’re locked out. Thanks!

Hi all,

I apoligize for the late reply. In order to reset the root password. You must console the appliance using Serial Cable and reset the password you desire. Before being able to reset the password, you must first login via Serial Cable using the System password.

I

Corey

Thanks!
